Upside Down Dates Cake

I always like trying different variations of recipes I love, and this one is no exception! Use my recipe for Upside Down Pineapple Cake and swap the pineapples with dates.

However, note that dates aren't as juicy as pineapples, so texture-wise, there is definitely a difference.
